Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Standard Products

• Germany: €5.00 — estimated 3–5 business days
• European Union: €5.00 — estimated 5–8 business days
• International (US, UK, AU, CA, UAE, etc.): €9.00 — estimated 7–14 business days

Large & Bulky Items

• European Union (incl. Germany): €15.00 — estimated 5–8 business days
• International: €25.00 — estimated 7–14 business days

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Damaged Packages
