These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store at bbazar-shop.myshopify.com.

3. Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order.

5. Delivery

We deliver to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Please refer to our Right of Withdrawal page for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at dmienia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

8. Warranty

We provide a statutory warranty of 2 years for all products sold. If a product is defective, please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Radolfzell am Bodensee, Germany.
